The International Ukrainian Charity Foundation «Children of War» held an art therapy session for women whose children attend healing technique groups. The session was designed for mothers who have lost their husbands in the war, whose loved ones are currently on the front line, or who have returned and are in need of rehabilitation.

The participants worked with metaphorical associative cards titled «Unbreakable in Spirit», which helped them process their emotions and discover inner resources for overcoming crisis. Through water painting, they explored new ways of self-expression and adaptation to life changes.

During the session, each woman created a personal card that became a symbol of her internal transformation. This approach helps restore psychological balance, reduce anxiety levels, and find the strength to embrace a new chapter in life.
