The Children of War charity foundation organized a festival for the children of our defenders. On June 7, a real celebration with dances, interesting competitions, creative master classes, and delicacies took place at VDNH.

Guests were greeted by bright stilts, which created a festive mood from the first minutes. During the event, children could join various master classes prepared by the masters of the Kyiv House of Artistic and Technical Creativity. The guests were particularly impressed by the performance of the drummers’ ensemble. Athletes supported by the foundation also joined the celebration. The head of the foundation congratulated them on receiving the title of Master of Sports of Ukraine and presented gifts. Other entertainment awaited the guests of the festival: a chemical show, interactive activities, dance battles and a mirror photo zone, where you could take a photo as a souvenir of this wonderful day.

Special attention was paid to the treats: they tasted field cuisine dishes, cotton candy, sweet corn, corn dogs and ice cream. There were glitter tattoo and aqua makeup zones for children. There was also a master class on tactical medicine and weapons handling, which was held by representatives of the Kyiv Institute of the National Guard of Ukraine.

A DJ created a special festive atmosphere, and the festival ended brightly with a spectacular show of large fabric balls.

• By organizing such events, the foundation strives to create a space of joy for children, such events become an opportunity for them to experience the warmth and carefree childhood. At the same time, this day became special for parents, who were able to spend time with their children and enjoy the warm family atmosphere.
