On April 7, the International Ukrainian Charity Foundation «Children of War» held a spontaneity development group session for children of military personnel and combat veterans.

Theme of the session:

• Learning to control what is within your power and taking a simpler approach to life.

Together with their parents, the children imagined their personal space of peace and comfort, then brought it to life through plasticine painting. This creative process helped participants not only develop artistic skills but also express spontaneity, manage emotions, and accept change as a natural part of life.

Parents actively participated as well, working with metaphorical cards to explore their own inner resources. The session concluded with a cozy tea gathering and the creation of a gingerbread house —an activity that allowed families to spend quality time together in a warm, creative atmosphere.
