On March 26, the International Ukrainian Charity Foundation «Children of War» held a spontaneity development group session for women whose children attend the Foundation’s therapeutic groups.
The art therapy practice of doll therapy became the key element of the meeting. Creating a motanka doll was not just a creative activity, but a deep process of working through personal emotions. The participants were able to tap into their inner resources, express their feelings, and feel supported. The doll serves not only as a visual representation of problems but also as a symbolic tool for discovering paths toward healing and resolution.
Such sessions help harmonize one’s inner state, restore emotional balance, and awaken an awareness of personal strength. Through creativity, women discover new opportunities for self-understanding, spiritual growth, and the creation of a space filled with love and support.
