On April 14, on the eve of Easter, the Children of War Charity Foundation traveled to three children’s institutions in Zhytomyr, Denisha, and Vinnytsia. The goal of the initiative is to give a piece of the holiday, warmth, and support to children who are especially in need.

Zhytomyr

In Zhytomyr, the Zhytomyr Regional Children’s Home for orphans and children deprived of parental care received assistance. The institution was provided with diapers and Easter cakes.

Denishy (Zhytomyr region)

At Denishivska Special School, the team of the Children of War Charity Foundation organized a real pre-Easter celebration for the students. The children received festive Easter cakes and gift sets for making handmade soap – an opportunity for creativity and new experiences. The entertainment program with animators filled the day with joy: laughter, dancing and warm hugs created an atmosphere of care and happiness that the children will remember for a long time.

Vinnytsia

The final stop of the «Children of War» Charitable Foundation’s Easter journey was Vinnytsia. There, the foundation visited the «Gnizdychko» Educational and Rehabilitation Center. Together with animators, the team organized an entertainment program for the children. They eagerly took part in games, dances, and contests, smiling sincerely and enjoying the lively interaction. Festive Easter cakes were also delivered, adding to the joyful atmosphere. This visit brought not only gifts, but also attention, support, and emotional comfort — things the children truly need during these challenging times.
