On March 30, the International Ukrainian Charity Foundation «Children of War» held a spontaneity development group session for families who regularly attend the Foundation’s programs. Just ahead of Easter, participants explored the theme «How to take things a bit easier and focus on what you can control».

The session aimed to develop improvisation skills, emotional awareness, and the ability to balance responsibility with rest. During the art therapy process, both children and adults created a metaphorical «Tree of Life» using sculpted and painted figures. The meeting concluded with a warm tea gathering, where families shared homemade gingerbread houses they had crafted together.
