On March 9 and 10, the International Ukrainian Charity Foundation «Children of War» held group sessions for children aged 7–11 and their mothers — wives of military personnel.
The sessions focused on teaching healing techniques and stress-relief practices that help both children and adults regain emotional balance after experiencing the impacts of war and forced displacement. Participants practiced methods for stabilizing their psycho-emotional state, aimed at strengthening inner resilience.
The project is implemented in partnership with the Kyiv City Center for Social Services, which supports initiatives aimed at improving the moral and psychological well-being of military and veteran families. All families who took part in the sessions received food packages.
We thank everyone who supports our mission to help children and families affected by war!
