On October 26, the Children of War Charity Foundation held a group session on developing spontaneity for parents and children, where participants had the opportunity to improve their emotional well-being using art therapy methods. The neurography session was conducted by Kateryna Neyzzhala, a programmer, neurography master, and psychologist.

• Neurography helps transform consciousness through visualization of neural connections, helping to relieve stress and develop creative potential. Participants created works of art using watercolor on wool in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

This session was a great opportunity for parents and children to strengthen their relationships and spend quality time together, deepening their emotional connection through creativity.
